1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit https://nameaxis.net, contact us, or use NameAxis websites, hosting, and automation services.

It covers our processing as a business. When we process personal data on behalf of a Client about that Client’s customers (for example CRM contacts inside an automation), we act as a service provider / processor and the Client is responsible for their privacy notices and lawful basis. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) can be provided on request for enterprise Clients.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 You provide

  • Contact and business details (name, email, phone, company);
  • Project requirements, credentials you choose to share, and support tickets;
  • Billing details (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers).

2.2 Automatic

  • IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, referrers, approximate location;
  • Cookies and similar technologies for Site function and analytics (if enabled).

2.3 From service use

  • Account logs, configuration data, call/SMS/email metadata and content you route through tools we provision;
  • AI interaction logs needed to operate and debug automations.

2.4 From third parties

  • Platform providers (e.g. Votel), payment processors, domain/email vendors, and publicly available business info you ask us to use.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, secure, bill, and improve services;
  • Communicate about projects, renewals, and support;
  • Configure and operate white-label / reseller platforms;
  • Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with law;
  • With consent or as allowed, send product updates and marketing (you may opt out of marketing emails).

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Subprocessors / vendors who host or power the service (examples contemplated: Votel, hosting, Twilio or similar telephony, email delivery, analytics, Stripe or other payments);
  • Professional advisors under confidentiality;
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
  • Successors in a reorganization or asset transfer involving the NameAxis Series.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising cookies, if enabled later, may be “sharing” under California law — we will update this policy and add opt-outs before enabling that stack.

5. Client customer data

If you are a Client, you control the personal data of your leads and customers that you place in systems we operate for you. You must have a lawful basis and required notices/consents (especially for calls, texts, and emails). We process that data only to provide the services, per your instructions and our security practices, and will delete or return it on written request after termination, subject to backups and legal retention.

6. Cookies

We may use essential cookies and, if enabled, analytics cookies. Adjust browser settings to limit cookies; some Site features may not work without them.

7. Retention

We retain account, billing, and project records as needed for the relationship, legal, and tax purposes. Support and log data are kept for a reasonable operations period, then deleted or de-identified. Client customer data retention follows the Client relationship and deletion requests.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to an SMB automation/hosting provider. No system is 100% secure. You must use strong passwords and limit staff access to portals we provide.

9. Children’s privacy

Services and the Site are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Your choices and rights

  • Marketing opt-out via email footer or hello@nameaxis.net;
  • Access/update account contact info by emailing us;
  • California and similar state residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain sharing — email hello@nameaxis.net with “Privacy Request.” We will verify and respond as required.
  • EU/UK visitors: we are U.S.-based; contact us for transfer/processor questions if GDPR becomes material to your use.

11. International

We operate from Texas, United States. Information may be processed in the U.S. and in locations of our subprocessors.

12. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be noticed by email or Site banner when practical.
